What we did
- Implemented various reports to facilitate informed decision making, including:
- Customer PO report and trend (twice a month)
- Invoices billed trend (twice a month)
- Cashflow projections (once a week)
- Backorder and inventory management (to assess safety stock, aged inventory, components alignment, etc)
- Variance analysis reports at the end of each month
- Monthly Board level MD&A
- Daily updates on AP and AR reports, emphasizing significant changes throughout the day.
