  • Implemented various reports to facilitate informed decision making, including:
  • Customer PO report and trend (twice a month)
  • Invoices billed trend (twice a month)
  • Cashflow projections (once a week)
  • Backorder and inventory management (to assess safety stock, aged inventory, components alignment, etc)
  • Variance analysis reports at the end of each month
  • Monthly Board level MD&A
  • Daily updates on AP and AR reports, emphasizing significant changes throughout the day.
