What we did

Implemented various reports to facilitate informed decision making, including:
Customer PO report and trend (twice a month)
Invoices billed trend (twice a month)
Cashflow projections (once a week)
Backorder and inventory management (to assess safety stock, aged inventory, components alignment, etc)
Variance analysis reports at the end of each month
Monthly Board level MD&A
Daily updates on AP and AR reports, emphasizing significant changes throughout the day.
